Hi guys, I have baja warrior, the headlight did not work, I traced the wire down and found the problem, the wire had rubbed the flywheel and was:shrug: cut through. I removed the flywheel to get at wire because there was no slack at all to make the repair. I soldered the wire back together, taped everything well and put the engine back together, CRAP! it still doesn't work, no power ( the headlight is good, in case you were wondering)...Is it possible the charging coil is burned out due to the fact that it may have shorted out when the wire was cut in two? Also, on this bike, is that all the charging coil is responsible for, the headlight?
