I picked up a couple nice old Briggs engines over the last couple days.
First one is a 1962 4hp Briggs in baby blue, probably from a David Bradley implement. Haven't tried to get it running yet, but it popped on ether. This one was FREE. And will be going on the Heathkit Boonie bike I picked up a couple weeks ago.
The other one I just picked out of the scrapyard today. It's a 1967 3hp Briggs in gold. This ones a real beauty. Gas tank is spotless. Missing the breather tube and a piece of linkage. Paid $8.48 for it. It also popped on ether.
Put it on the Rupp XL250, actually fits nice.
