That mini bike looks to be all there except for the rear shocks,I can see the gas tank next to the seat.I think it has some good potential ,nice sturdy mini bike.

Yup - Sears made by Manco. Not really sure it is a puddle jumper as it offically does not have a name. I have one and it is a fun (kinda ugly) mini. Here is a link to couple pics of the owners manual.
