I recently got a West Bend 820 built by Frank Moore of Ohio. He does a fantastic job at reasonable prices and really knows these engines no matter what model. He can rebuild yours or he has a supply of engines/parts, like the one he sold me, to complete your project.

And as far as good reputations go, Louie Figone and Joel Wey are a couple of others who build WB's and other two strokes. Both are active members here. Hotrodricky is another one, and Tecumseh expert ATKRIDER also does two strokes.
