Seen that too. Another member on here (Yonis) picked up this same combo wren/big block. But the tank was still mounted to the engine and you couldn't ride it comfortably at all haha

Given the tire bias from the offset rear wheel on those they are a handful to ride with a 3hp on em. Not real stable past 30mph, I've had 4 that ran and 2 would surpass that speed and it was sketchy to ride. A poor performing aluminum scrub brake will assure high speed forks eventually.:doah:

Thats not a big engine. This is a big engine...actually comfortable to ride and stable. :thumbsup:

Some of the Bird Engineering bikes came with big engines. One of the higher model Sears Ropers came with a big block Tecumseh H50.
