Doc thanks for post the vid for me . Today I got my tach installed and went riding , and on a long run going slightly down hill I hit a strong 6400 RPM's and she started floating the valves . It almost felt like I pull a compression release a little , so I backed off . Also on the run back wide open she cut off just like she was out of gas . I came to a stop and pulled a few times and she started up . I'am using the stock tank setup where the hose runs behind the cover and then has to run up hill to the carb . Also the carb opening is pointing up so another loop over .
I never thought it would work like this but it did . But I think under long WOT runs its running out of fuel . This means it's time for a pump .
But she runs perfect and couldn't be happier with the carb setup .
Everybody should run these carbs on there motors , they are cheap to buy and you can get a manifold from me . Win win
