2 weeks if you have all part and tools why not I bet if you had every thing you need can be done in a weekend.

if you have everything you need you can be done with a minibike in a day. like whole disassembled motor even. thats why minibikes are so cool. they CAN be quick projects with fast turnaround and instant gratification. or you can do a slow restore that takes time to find all the parts and be just as excited when you finally collect all those hard to find pieces. and then spend a day putting it together.
