Just picked up this minibike w/o motor what is it?

I just got this minibike and thought it would be a fun project to bring back to life and was wandering what it is?

Wow that was fast thanks guys! I wanna fix it up pretty nice just for a pit bike and to ride around the campground at rallies. My plan is a 7hp Predator and upgrading the wheels and a drum brake.
