MBX 10 vs Doodle Bug?

I'm looking at picking either one of these, I am new to this new world of minibikes so I have some questions!

Is the 97cc doodlebug faster than the Mbx10 and if so is it noticeble ?
Does the bigger engine in the doodlebug feel in the same difference that a v8 feels to a v4 car?
Which is better for a 15 year old, 5 ft 8, 155lbs guy?
These are similar in price, what other mini bikes could be a possible option for me?
I know that you can remove the speed governor from the mbx10 and make it exceed 30mph... Can you do the same with the Doodlebug?
And what are you general opinions on the brands, ride feel, materials used, and any complaints with either? THANKS!!

I think the DB and the Motovox basically have the same set up from the factory as far as engine and gearing, but when you install a Predator 212 on either one they come alive.
