If your keeping i stock i would maybe do 18mm cause i think stock carbs are 16.5 but not positive on that. I wouldnt go to big. To bad they dont make billet rods for 3hp or i would say go for it! Minidragbike would be very helpful on this. Read his "choose your carbs wisely thread". Hope i helped.
