Need help rebuilding pull starter EC 10 Moto Skeeter

I need to get a pull starter or rebuild mine for my Skeeter 450.

Has the BSE Robin EC 10 engine. I have the housing and the spool but nothing else. I have a spring but it seems to be incorrect.

Here's a pic of what I have.

Now I need to find what's missing on this one or a replacement starter.

Help...winter is on the way out and I need to get this finished!!!

im not to familiar with that kind but it looks like your missing the dogs . they are a funky shape roundish tear drop kinda , but the point is off to one side like it slicked back . i know somebody had posted up about making some for a recoil they were working on . :shrug:
