I thought original cats had stamp in the plate for the kickstand:shrug:

All of mine do, however the Cat folks all know that there were several deviations during production, and that some of the bikes were different from what was shown in brochures.

This bike could have been an early prototype left on the shelf, then finished up earlier, or the guy in charge of the motor plates took a cannabis break, and spaced out the part where he jams the plate in the press. :biggrin:

I just picked up 2 cats.i did notice that one is bigger than the other. one measures 15 inches from the motor plate to the top frame rail and the other is a lil more than 17 inches.they both have kickstands . looks like a metal flat bar with a tab on the frame.
