Rust Removal

I came up with this idea for removing rust from the lower section of this Bonanza MB 1210 front fork which are rusted to the point of not being able to remove the lower spring section.
It works by placing the front forks into the 1 1/2 PVC and letting them soak in a rust removal solution. :thumbsup:
There still soaking so I will post the results in a few days.

I haven't tried it yet but I thought if a spring assembly won't come out that a piece of plumbers power snake flex cable about 1/2 inch in diameter would be able to go into the end of the bar and then you could help drive the top part of the assembly out the bottom. Find a Roto-Rooter guy thy have damaged sections of cable very often. I like the idea of the rust remover baths
