Saved from the scrap yard

My old neighbor hauls a load to the scrap yard every now and then for a little extra cash. He called the other day and said he had a little 3-wheeled thing in the load and I could have it if I wanted it. I went over and here is what I drug home. I think it's called a Skat-tracker.

I'm hoping mine sells for about $100 later today at a Cycle Swapmeet I sell at.
I have a "Wrap a rope or extention cord around the starter thing and pull" kind of setup.
( On a minibike the cup would slice up a guys ankle)

BTW- My sis-in-law got cut bad on one of those cups as a kid in the early 60's.

Has anybody tracked any scat with them lately? I'd try to avoid large cow patties so the front wheel doesn't throw anything up at your face...
