There're lots of discussions on Tachometers and which one is best to use on a mini bike but, I don't recall any on how to mount one. I wound up getting a cheap one off Ebay and installed it on the handlebars temporarily using safety wire. :001_huh:
I thought I'd eventually get around to figure out something for it and, it stayed that way for a couple years.
This weekend I thought up an idea on how to mount it and whipped up one made out of thin sheet metal. I didn't like it...it was too thin and the tach stuck out in front of the bars. So, I made a better one out of some aluminum which was much more substantial a mount that would hold the tach more solid.
So, that's what I came up with for a mount...what do you think?
