tillotson hr jet cleaning

i think my high speed jet is plugged, anyone know how to open it up?
there is a plug on the inner body to access it but i dont know how to remove it or if it can be reinstalled?when i plug the fuel feed on the inner body and blow into it, it wont blow through. but the idle jet does when i do the same thing. it idles fine also but just bogs when i hit the throttle.

Remove all rubber parts and soak the carb body in pure Xylene.

This will desolve varnish, then used compressed air to clean it. If that doesn't work you will need to pull out the welsh plugs and get more serious.

how do you remove the welsh plug? it worked fine one minute and completely plugged the next, so its not varnish its debris and will probably need to be reamed out

What type of tillotson is this with Jets? Can you take a picture?

its a hr pumper 51a, im starting to think that its not starving for fuel but too rich?
its leaking oil from the exhaust pipe, i opened the jet because it now blows through. didnt really do anything just tinker with it and try to cram a wire through it i guess i got it out
