Anyone have advice and tips for painting your engine? Obviously, care has to be taken around entry and exit passages, as well as near gaskets? What have you done?
No real care need be taken.
Briggs & Stratton painted their flathead engines a semigloss black after they were fully assembled.
Very often overspray can be seen on muffler and sparkplug.
Also, paint need not be heat resistant.
