I bought a motor from a guy about a year ago and he had this picture hanging in his garage. He said his dad was the lead welder at Margay and this was a new kart they came out with. Just wanted to share. Enjoy
 
Man that's an early Margay...'66 or '67 .....Newbreed.

I think they were the only years to use an alumuinum seat pan..
Yep, you're right. I don't remember exactly why, but we had decided it was a '67. I think there was something different on the mounting tabs on the frame for the gearbox on the '67.
