Kyle....back in 1965 I ran a Westbend on a Fox Campus Bike. Can't remember if it was the 610 or the 820 model. That was 43 years ago. Anyway, took it to the dragstrip in Catawissa, Pa.....had a helmet....borrowed a leather jacket....and turned the quarter mile in just under 13 seconds with a top speed just a shade under 60 mph. Used a high gearing so it was a dog off the line but once it got going it was fast and smooth. So the answer to your question is yes it can be done....Ogy.

Not enough of a top speed for 1/4 mile. My old Malibu does 13.8 @ 100 mph just to compare things.

I'm interested in any West bend info.

Hmmmmm....That was 43 years ago and Ogy's getting to be an old man now.Maybe it was 60 seconds and 12 mph! Anyway I got a trophy cause I was the first one to ever run a minibike on their strip and there was no one running against me....Ogy
