Where to buy a trick carb and pipe for my 6.5 Lifan clone

I would like to install a big carb/pipe combo on my new motor, I'm not expecting much gain but I would like increased rpm and better flow than stock. Anybody know where I can purchase these components new, ready to bolt up?

also what brand of clutch offers the smoothest operation, I am sick of cheap clutches that shutter prior to lock-up.

I am willing to pay for the good stuff, just need to know where get it.

I forgot to mention that the existing carb is a California emissions approved model and that can't really be good news when you want more performance.
