I'm looking to buy a billet fly wheel for a 7 HP clone.

I was running the engine a little and i heard a pop... Froze up so I broke her open and the rod was in a 1000 pieces..

I have a predator 212 on a Doodlebug, only mods I have are air filter, bigger jet, and header. Governor is still in. Gearing is 12/70 and I currently hit 45mph. Will billet parts and a big cam/springs really get me going faster? I can't justify spending hundreds just to get a few mph.

If an arc billet flywheel is 3.5 lbs and I remove 1 lb of rotational weight from it how much of an increase of Rpms wil I achieve? Or will I see an increase in top end speed with added rpm ?

Thanks to KB2rocket and 125ccCrazy for helping with this. I was told it was for a flat head but in fact it fits the above engines. There is black paint/overspray on it that should easily come off with lacquer thinner. Removable cooling fins. $30 plus $11 USPS priority shipping.
