hornet

Picked this up today and i think its a hornet but im thrown off by the forks having a second tube slid in the bottom that holds the wheel.

I was just curious how much a mini bike hornet frame would be worth. It has a powder coated frame . Its just forks n frame.

Does anyone have any recommendations for mini bike kits. I am considering the Azusa AZ3542 with 8" wheels, the Road Rocket or the Hornet mini bike kits. If you have a particular preference, please state why! Thanks for your help.

New to the mini bike rebuilds, In the process of redoing my hornet. Missing one part, I'm not sure exactly what it is called, but its the small part that holds the spring in the forks. I have one side, but need the other one to finish up the project. Any help would be great.
