orange

I have an orange spark from the end of the plug. I replaced the plug and still have an orange spark. No telling how old the points etc are. The engine is all over the place. It runs pretty good cold but worse the hotter it gets. Won't idle, but if you can get it to higher speeds it runs at high...

greetings to all- I found an orange framed minibike w/no identifying markings on it at a local lawn mower shop. the guy knew nothing about it as to make/model etc. it has a 5 hp B/S motor, a foot brake and a center stand. Any ideas? thanks!

Looks pretty good. I've been at a stand still with my Bonanza because my fenders are so rusty and missing allot of the chrome. But this one looks good with the fenders painted.:thumbsup:bonanza mini bike super clean

I hate it....what causes it. I had the rear wheel of the atlas painted for about 24-30 hours and then decided to recoat... The recoat went on slick as snot and then 5 min later orange peeled like crazy.... Was the first coat still "flashing off"? Actually looks kinda cool....think...

Rupp mini bike, and trail horse mini bike together.

I'm slowly getting the bike completed.

Although the seat, and chain guard are not ready, this is as close to ready as it is going to get for Sunday. The Trail Horse logo is a reproduction. Turned out great!

Just got the engine decals applied. Note the small trail horse logo on the back fender. Pretty cool, huh?

I am almost finished with my trail horse. I am interested in a owners manual, repro serial tag, chain guard, and any information that could help me pinpoint the vintage of the bike in years. Thanks in advance for any help.
