pulley

Does everyone a chain tension pulley? Frame I have dosent have a bracket for one. I can adjust tension with the engine slots but wouldn't the chain shake alot in the middle?

I need the rear pulley off the torque converter for the Super Bronc VT-8. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you Kingfish

I recently picked up a Tecumseh HS50 and i started a rebuild. But now im stuck, the old pulley is rusted onto the shaft. I have a small torch and i tried "heating and beating" but to no sucsess. I know my uncle has a large torch i can use. Would that help? Do i just need more heat? And...
