Making some progress. Made a new brake lever because the old one was in bad shape. Does anyone have a side photo showing how it is bent?

Also got the wheels sanded and primed for paint.

Finished painting my wheels. Had to order a new jackshaft because the original one was bent and worn out at the ends.

I had two motors to choose from, an OG copper or Intek motor. In order for the Intek to fit, I have to relocate the gas tank. Going with the copper but will repaint it and install new stickers. It sat outside for a while causing the paint to pit and rust.

I also had a great day today, bought an OG clutch cover. I will have a great year is I find a TACO ST102 gas tank, OG or a reproduction.

Its now time to get it ready for paint. Filling in any small dings on the frame and color will be applied.

Did the Taco nuts have these dot on them? All the bolts that looked original had dots on them. What is the story on this?
