22mm minkni gas leaking

how about this, my new carb leaks gas out of the bottom float hole, is that supposed to happen or do i need to adjust the screw at the bottom?

is that screw in close connection to that hole? sometimes its just a bowl drain and maybe it needs tightend or a gasket. Sometimes that hole is the overflos which would mean that the float is stuck or set to high.

the screw is tight, i was thinking of turning it to the left

NO the screw is ok but there is a overflow that will drain out of the same hole, if there is too much gas in the carb it will drain so it doesnt flood. Just take it apart and bend the floatdown so when the gas comes in it will turn off the fuel when its full.
