working on the mystery bonanza and the lower legs slop back and forth fairly much....not enough space to make a shim and wrap around the tube or to insert a nylon liner....
my thought was to put a braze all the way around the lower legs where they fit in the upper half and then use an old belt from my wall mounted belt sander and wrap it over the leg and work the belt back and forth by hand to smooth it out and until it fit fairly tight...
anyone have any other ideas or tricks?
also looking for a pair of original type springs for these forks..
