Baja 97cc cylinder head fastener torque specs?

Is it safe to assume that the specs for the Briggs Raptor and the Baja 97cc would be similar as they are a very similar configuration?

Looks like the spec for the Raptor cylinder head bolts are 140-150in/lb.

It’s not exactly a high performance engine to be copying Raptor specs but I would suggest a bit lower torque on the bolts, maybe 100 in lbs.?
You want them pretty tight and snug though and I don’t think we had any specs on these Chinese motors, I think the do it yourselfers, all those geeks that started the hop up parts for the clone engines, they just came up with some arbitrary torque figures and went with them, based on a good deal of experience.
