Any info on where they were built or when? They look kinda modern, maybe in the last 15 years?

Rams were made from 70-74 bucks from 72-74 made in cascade Iowa 20 miles or so from where I grew up so I guess the modern one's are copies of these lol. Even tho I've never seen one close to these

question on the red bike. are they the original tires. reason i say that is, the back tire tread design in a nos tire is hard to find and even the front tread is getting hard to find too.
