just picked up a new mini and i got it running .. it runs and idles fine when the kick stand is down and the back tire is sitting up off the ground ... but it seems like the clutch is stuck .. the tire spins like it wants to take off but then when you let the back tire touch the ground it runs bad and wants to staul out like the clucth is binding up and ideas ???
