Do they still make doodle bug mini bikes if not what year do they stop I'm new to this
Hello @Bhundl1212 ...welcome to the Oldminibikes.com forum.

There have been numerous manufacturers with a doodle bug mini bike. The first (I think) was the Hiawatha Doodle Bug, made in the 1950s I believe. It has a cast aluminum frame, and looks almost like a micro bike.

More recent, like in the 1990s, or early 2000s some other manufacturer had a doodle bug model that looked like a rigid frame mini bike.

Do you have any pictures of the model you are referring to ?

Enjoy the site.

if that's your number I wouldn't recommend posting it on a forum. Scammers have been out in full force. Send it via PM. If it isn't your number please delete it....

The ORIGINAL bike later called the Doodle Bug was made in 1942. Sold as Army Surplus to Beam Mfg. in Webster City, Iowa that went into production in 1946, 1947 & 1948. They made 40,000 of them. That was the true Doodle Bug. Every year in September they have a reunion in Webster City, Iowa. The designer of the original one was George Fields who later founded Max-Torque in 1957. Originals had Briggs
1 1/2hp engines on them and they also used Clinton engines.

More to the story but you can go to the web site and get educated there.

Baja Doodle Bug? The Chinese first DB 30 was discontinued around 2004. Here‘s my modified version. I bought it as a NOS roller off eBay years ago and put a NOS Tecumseh power sport H40 on it with a TAV 20 (real Comet version). It even still has all the original warning stickers on it:) D96EA765-1991-4803-BDFE-15110B34F938.jpeg 7964DE43-EC55-4745-A3AD-9110589FA03C.jpeg F224761D-5C41-4396-AD85-EEE6CAA2ED1A.jpeg
