frame source for Honda 49cc project ?

#1
I want to build up a street legal two wheeler. All I know for sure is
that it must use the 49cc 4 stroke Honda and I want it to have front
brakes. I have never seen any DIY frnt brakes for minibikes, I was thinking
of using the entire front fork off of a Mountain Bike with wheel and brake
and maybe even suspension and mate it to the rear end of some kind
of minibike frame. I will only be riding ever on level pavement so
a variable clutch or torque converter should work to get me up
to 20mph at least even if slowly.

I know this is certainly not the typical project but it will be super
practical if I can ride on the street. I plan to put a lot of miles on
it so reliability is a must. I have never heard good things about those
torque converters lasting but maybe they have improved.

All suggestions appreciated.
Thanks and hope all holidays are joyful.

If You can find an old Honda Z50 (1980 0r such) That is a good 49cc 4 stroke plus it has a 3 speed semi auto gear box. It will take a beating and goes pretty good. I'm 235 and it hauls me thru all 3 gears (they have front brakes also).

I did not know they were putting motors on bicycles. Is there
a forum devoted to motorized bicycles as opposed to mini-bikes?

I googled but did not see anything other than a hodgepodge of
youtubes and videos with what looked like bad engineering etc.
