I think Ive seen that guy around my neiborhood on a old scooter with a side car,looks like the same guy anyway.

Pretty sure the front end (and gas tank) on this bike are factory made..I remember seeing that "one-sided" fork somewhere....and the back wheel and fender are a match

The rest of it looks like a mess....:doah:
