HH 60 OHV equals 6 HP no?

So I picked up a Tecumseh Motor Sport OHV engine (silver) and was told it was a 4 HP but i'm thinking with the Model HH60 everything I see point to a 6hp. Right?

are you sure thats not an OHH60? iv never herd of an overhead valve tecumseh called an hh60. and if it is then yes thats a 6 horse.
