your bike is an MM5B "mini mini Bambino" Jame's bike is a bigger and newer bike, Like an M5B Here in the states they used the "B" designation but in europe they used the "A" from what I have seen. Indian here in the states used the A designation and you can use the Indian MM5A to search for parts here as they are the same bike and more will come up.
Gary Baker may be able to give you a better line on what year range yours is in, and about your best bet for parts most of the time. I would say its mid-later 70's as its got the plastic fenders could even be a little newer than that though. I think Garys website is indian dirt bike parts or something like that, I have a really bad internet connection right now and its not letting me search. Numbers are are the headtube usually some random numbers with a star shaped stamp IIRC I know he had a registry going but I don't know if he was able to identify anything from the numbers.
