My Bird Lark Project

Here are some pictures of my Bird Lark that I've been playing with. I did a few mods to it along the way also.

This is how it started out:

Tore it all apart and started prepping the frame. Here's a picture with a new seat installed (it is actually a bicycle seat)

got the frame all prepped and painted and new seat final install:

I ended up putting 6 inch wheels on it instead of the original 5 inch wheels. The original wheels were really in bad shape plus I like how the 6 inch wheels look better. Took a little bit of modifications to get them to work but I was able to fit them in there.

Motor is going to be a 3hp Briggs and it's being painted at this time. I'll have some pictures of it here in the next couple of days.

Finished it up tonight except for some foot peg covers that I have to get for it. Didn't turn out to bad I don't think.

Thanks guys, I appreciate all the nice comments. It's still not as nice as some of the builds that you guys do. I'm still in awe when I see what you guys do to these things, they are like eye candy! I can't believe you guys actually ride them, I would be afraid to get them dirty. :laugh:

I don't know about the rest of the guys. But I'm no putting all the work into it just for it to sit in the corner.
