For 40 bones I would have grabbed it in a heartbeat. But someone got up earlier and was faster than me.

Have you ever taken a powell wheel apart? I have seen some real nasty looking ones.

My wheels on all of my powells are near mint. Now painted sealed inside and out and will stay that way. I have taken alot of others apart and half rotted out along with alot of other damage like the rust under the paint on the ebay ones. The buier might just luck out.

I have seen the steel side of the wheel almost rotted through on some.
