Rupp year & model

Have a Rupp tag on seat C-130372, Help with year, model and as built engine. I know it is not a stock engine.

1970 is when they started using the stickers under the seat. My 1970 is c-166xxx. I would guess it's a 1970. Pictures would be more helpful to identify the year and model though.
