salsbury clutch mystery

these clutches came in a lot of tote gote parts but i have not seen any on any bikes? can anyone tell me what they came on?

I had a salsbury clutch on a speedway minibike when i was a kid. (bought it that way) It was dangerous, always did wheelies.Nun of my friends wanted to
ride my mini bike.

They kind of look like something from Fairbanks Morris that were used on some of the Rupp's
Not real sure about that but they looked like that with the three arms.
