Sleeve Reducer 3/4 to 5/8" where to buy?

Can anyone tell me where I can purchase a 3/4" to 5/8" keyed sleeve reducer for a driven unit?

?? this one says 1 1/4" long, how long is the bore on the driven unit you have George?

I would use over 2" sleeve. 30 series is about 2 1/4" 20 should be about the same if too long you can cut or grind. too short the driven will not have enought support. your driven looks like only 5/8 wide belt. not 3/4. 20 series takes 3/4 top width belt. what is wrong with the driven that you have?

nothing, I just dont' know if it's going to be compatible with the new 20 driver I'm getting.
I would think you'd be able to measure yours and get a true reading.

20 series is 3/4 0n the top of the belt tc88 is 5/8. here is a pic of the 20 series driven with some reduceing bushings I made. hand made with the air grinder and final clean up with the file came out perfict. sure would like to have my own lathe, and milling mach. my life would be so much easier. need a milling mach to mill a 1/4 key to fit the shaft.
