what i believe to be a h5k series motor. Can I disable the governor? It seems as though i cant get proper thotthle return with it intakect.:shrug:

can you post a picture of what it currently looks like. we might be able to help you fix it without disabling the gov.

it is most likely a vane type governor being a 2 stroke because its lack for stuff in the crank case. if it is a mechanical or vane type you can remove it
