Todays catch (this one fell in the boat)

A guy dropped this off by my house on his way to work, the price was $30 and he said he had it since he was 8 when he lived in Spokane WA, he gave it to his cousin who did a few mods (kick stand & Jack shaft /welding) but the rest is all stock. He got it back again and was going to restore it but lost interest .

The name of the bike is "minni Burro", It's been painted once and the original color is a metallic blue. Though the rear frame rings a bell I could not find this bike ANYWHERE and I spent hours searching.

The 480-400-8 tires are cool and have side tread on the groves, the front is made by "Schenuit" in Baltimore and the rear is made by "Davis" yet they have the same tread. BTW the rear is on backwards and both have directional arrows for mounting.

The bike is about the same size and wheel base as a Tote gote model B though it weighs a less. I really like the body style and was happy when I looked in the back of his truck.

The stock seat is a springer and really cool and adjustable for and aft. (comfy too!)

The driven has a band brake on the front and the jack shaft has two choices of gearing. (high- low)

If you know where this bike was made or have ANY info or pic's of this bike let me know!

There was one of those for sale down here a while back. It was on CL a few times and I could never figure out what it was, so I didn't buy it. Maybe it'll show up again.?. It didn't have any markings on it like yours does.

Are you sure it wasn't a Homelight? What color was it? Engine? price?

The GC is on CL, nothing special and no live axle.

I need some documentation! Wheres Morta? He might know.

nice big engine space. what is the higth in the engine compartment? looks like that big engine has a home.
The clearance is only 13 1/2" and the driven is in the way of any rear gas tank but there's lots of options if I went Tav and pulled the lower JS. I'll probably stick a 5 HP flat head in it and pick the gear that suits best. I already plopped in a Tecumseh and it fits great.
