whats the differance between flathead and OHV head engines? can a cam from a flathead work in a OHV?

I was wondering whats the difference between CC and HP. How come some engines tell the horse power but not cc and some tell the cc but not the horsepower. Why is this? Is horse power how fast i goes and how strong it moves or something ? Then what is cc?

I keep seeing references on Youtube showing what looks just like a regular old Dooglebug DB30 but the text says Dirt Bug. I actually bought a 2010 model that says Dirt Bug but it also goes by the nickname "DB30". Why has BAJA confused us with these names like this?

Considering a smaller rear sprocket for a db30 currently it has a 70t. Looking at something around 60. Understanding here is the bike should have more top speed but less low end. Have you done a similar swap? did it work out as an improvement or a very minimal gain.
