fixing

Hopefully one of you mini bike gurus can help me. I just picked up a beater mini for the kids with only a foot brake, which isn't all that good. I need some help either fixing the foot brake or adding on some type of hand brake, whichever is easier. It stops now but you have to press the brake...

so i got an old honda express and there is a tiny hole in the tank. my friend said if it was a little smaller i could plug it with pencil lead. any advice?

My rear tire on my Db has had a very small leak these past few weeks, I've narrowed it down to a tiny little pin hole, doesn't look like anything is in it though. I tried some fix-a-flat in it, and when I am not riding it is sealed ok. But once I start riding it starts to seep out again...

Is there any way to fix a wallowed out hole in a dune cycle axle? Can you weld it and redrill it, or drill it out for a bigger bolt? Any one got a spare axle for cheep? Thanks.

The rear fender on my rupp project has a crack on each side..What is the best way to weld these up?.Should I do it from underneath or the top side?..Braze it or mig?..Or just scrap it and buy a new one.:smile:

hello, i have a 5 hp briggs flathead engine, and it was running fine until one day, it just wouldn't start. It does spark, but when i try to pull the engine over to start it with the pull start it backfires, i can smell gas, like a flooded engine. I tried it the other day so the gas fumes...

got that 6.5 hook up. its time to murder it out. goin flat black motor and frame. keepin them rims aluminum. throw a little input at me. ill post up some pics when its complete. :thumbsup:
