well i took the dooglebug out for a 2 hour offroad ride today and it was pretty much terrible. i knew it would be but didnt think it would be that bad. i ran 20 psi in the tires though for most of the ride and after letting out alot of the air although steering felt heavy and weird it was softer...

Just picked up a homemade chopper today. Has a 5hp OHV Tec with new TAV2. Runs really nice. Gets up to around 40mph. Some of the welds needs fixing but overall it a pretty nice bike.

The first one I made was from polished diamond plate and now that it's done I don't ever want to make another one. Well at least not without the proper tools LOL it was much more work than I thought.

Sounds like copper from lowes or HD would be easy to make a custom pipe, bit what about the soder? Towards the end of pipe I imagine soder holding, but close to engine, Im not sure. Has anyone tried it?
