I took my minibike out to our cottage and rode it pretty hard. The end result unfortunately was a broken chain. I didn't bring any master links with me .my question is would I be able to go and buy a bicycle chain and use the master link on #35 chain just to get me by ?

I finally broke down and got a new one from BMI that fits 1" bars and the lever will switch sides for a left or right installation. Tried to replace the O-rings with a kit specific to the master cylinder on it but it has a gouge or something I cannot see and will not seal. So $59 shipped off...
