Through greyhound maybe $80 max. The total would be well worth the price to the door. I can imagine that done with a cool set of aluminum 6" wheels of some sort with the tin left off.

Do we have any pics of how the driveline is supposed to look in the thing? Didn't you end up finding the correct motor for this thing a while ago?? Can we get some pics of what that looks like in there??

Might be kind of a bitch to cobble up without chopping that fender thing out at least..

An electric start overhead valve briggs engine with a Torque converter and a band brake hooked up to that pedal.:thumbsup:

I don't remember ever seeing these go down the road as a kid growing up in Michigan, I wonder how popular they were. But it would be so cool wheeling one these new out the service door at Sears in 1959 for $234. It would be cool to see DW scoot restored, wish I had the $$$ to do it.
