My entry is a very, very rough and all original (down to the November 1971 date coded headlight) 1972 JC Penney (Rupp) Swinger Trail brought back to it's former glory.
Right now, I plan on 4 slight deviations from original that at a glance to the untrained eye will still look correct.

I been definitely hanging around you guys too long. I did the craziest thing and bought Havasu Dave's restored 1968 Taco 99 Trail Bike. I drove down from Reno to Lake Havasu, AZ over the weekend to pick it up and just got back late last night.

here is a true barn find, picked it up in fresno along with a dellorto ua19s and some mickey wheels and a couple continental engines. yeah, and still had time to go to the indian casino in coarsegold.
Had this frame in the corner for about a year. I guess I'll build it. Mb200 engine and regular clutch for now. Going simple Simon on this one :thumbsup:
Got a new baby coming tomorrow at 1:30pm(c-section) Riley Sophia Rose Johnson. Wish me luck guys!!! This will be our 2nd Daughter( hence the mini bike hobby to keep me in the garage haha. :laugh:
ok here it is. i was contacted by a guy out of the blue who races vintage mx looking for my model bike a 79 honda cr250r to race at mid ohio gp now this bike has been in my posesion since i was 16. i was sponsered when i got it and although it wasnt my first or my last it has so many memories...
:shrug: Started cleaning her up ...touch up paint ...power washed ...adjusted the handle bars...fixed vacuum actuated pet cock...Repainted header...ordered a new air filter as it had none...:scooter:

this is my db w/ custom exhaust and a tool box in the back but what u can mostly see is the switched front hub and the exhaust.(srry about poor picture quality) :wink::weld::scooter::thumbsup:
