Hey guys I'm new around here and just made my first purchases. The only problem is I have NO IDEA what I have. I found it to be a unique buy because of the handle bar set up and the extremely wide seat. If anyone could help in identify what I have on my hands it might help me find parts or help...

Aluminum,excellent shape,someone needs this because they have a broken one.........1-3/8" ball bearing fits the opening and it has a 6 bolt pattern to mount up.Off an early 60's go-kart(remember those?). $25 includes shipping via UPS. regards,Joel

There is a 5" alloy wheel half for sale on ebay for $20.00. The item number is 270349734481. The seller believes it to be a Hands wheel. I've searched but can't seem to find anything on this company. Does anybody know if these wheels are still being made? Thank you.
