u Pretty decent Rupp mini bike seat names fully intact on back has some rips not perfect asking 35 ship

Set of 2 Rupp mini bike wheels with sprocket both axles included rims are in great shape no chips or breaks front tire is good rear tire tread is decent asking 200 plus ship

I have come to the conclusion that this is a vintage 1960's bonanza, but can't come up with a definitive answer even with my searches online. If anyone knows what it is for sure, please let me know.
